We are looking for a Legal Operations Manager to build and scale our legal infrastructure as we prepare for the next phase of growth. This person will design and implement an enterprise-wide contract and corporate records management system, establish governance frameworks, and lay the groundwork for public company readiness, working closely with our Chief Legal Officer. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has a builder's mindset, and knows what "great" looks like at scale.

  • Contract Management System: Design, implement, and manage an enterprise-wide CLM platform (e.g., Ironclad, Agiloft, DocuSign CLM), including taxonomy, metadata standards, workflows, templates, and reporting dashboards

  • Corporate Records Management: Build and maintain a centralized corporate records system covering entity management, board and committee materials, officer/director records, minute books, organizational documents, and capitalization records

  • Process Design & Automation: Develop and document scalable workflows for contract intake, review, approval routing, execution, and post-execution obligations tracking

  • Public Company Readiness: Support the legal team in establishing SOX-compliant processes, Section 16 reporting frameworks, insider trading policies, disclosure controls, and board governance procedures

  • Entity & Subsidiary Management: Maintain corporate entity database, ensure good standing across jurisdictions, manage annual filings, and coordinate registered agent services

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with finance, IT, procurement, HR, and business units to integrate legal systems and ensure organization-wide adoption

  • Data & Reporting: Build dashboards and reporting tools to provide leadership with visibility into contract status, legal spend, obligations, and compliance milestones

  • Policy & Training: Draft and roll out internal policies, playbooks, and training materials related to contract execution authority, records retention, and corporate governance

  • Legal Vendor Management: Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with legal technology vendors, outside counsel, and corporate service providers

  • Experience: 7+ years as a corporate paralegal, legal operations professional, or similar role, with at least 3 years focused on building or scaling legal systems

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required

  • Technology Proficiency: Hands-on experience administering an enterprise CLM platform; Experience with AI-powered legal tools and workflow automation a plus

  • Corporate Governance: Demonstrated experience managing corporate records for multi-entity structures, including board support and subsidiary governance; Multi-jurisdictional corporate governance experience (US, Canada, EU, Israel, India) a plus

  • Public Company Exposure: Prior experience at a public company or supporting IPO  readiness, including familiarity with SEC filing processes, SOX controls, and proxy materials

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create process documentation and train non-legal stakeholders
