We will provide training for you to get your CDL and required endorsements!    We are proud to offer: $25.60 to $34.36 per hour (based on experience) Paid weekly AM & PM shifts No weekends required Time off during school holidays Weekly Attendance Bonus - $1.00 per hour (must work Monday-Friday, all shifts AM & PM)* Hours: Route Hours guaranteed 4 hours per day when school is in session for the A.M./P.M. route package* Additional work hours available with mid-day routes, field trips and charters Summer School routes available – Work year-round with School Holiday breaks   Benefits: 8 Paid Holidays* 401(k) Company Match Paid days off, 3 leave & 2 Personal Days Dental, Vision, & Supplemental Insurance (during open enrollment) As an Illinois Central School Bus Driver, your major responsibilities will be to: Meet and greet students with a smile and a positive attitude Safely transport passengers Assists students in the loading and unloading process Good verbal communication skills   Requirements: At least 21 years old Hold a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years Pass a background check, drug screen & physical Conditions apply - see location for details   See what drives us.
