To provide HR Services to the business and ensure consistency in implementation of HR policies, procedures and standard in compliance with legal requirements
- Interprets and advice employees on HR policies, procedures and agreements, as and when required.
- Conducts analysis on HR processes, devises remedies and makes recommendations to management.
- Analyzes recruitment trends within the business and recommends recruitment strategies.
- Conducts recruitment, selection and placement process in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
- Implements appropriate OE & Talent methodologies (e.g. climate surveys) for specific projects, evaluates and recommends OE & Talent interventions to meet business requirements.
- Monitors the implementation of attraction and retention interventions and ensure consistent application.
- Facilitates capacity building to ensure that the company has competent employees to meet current and future business needs.
- Coordinates performance appraisals and talent management processes in areas of responsibility.
- Identifies and manages the implementation of and adherence to legal and corporate governance principles/requirements.
- Implements internal audit action plans in area of responsibility and ensures that deviations are rectified.
- Tracks decisions and changes on various HR related issues for proactive avoidance and resolution of anomalies/queries.
- Facilitates labour planning and forecast for area of responsibility accordance with business needs.
- Maintains and ensures compliance to employee separation processes in accordance with agreements and Company policies.
- Provides guidance in the development and grading of job descriptions across the business.
- Conducts and verifies pay and benefits calculations in line with Company pay philosophy to comply with payroll I salary administration directives and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
