Senior Product Manager, Marketplace

Hi, we're Oscar. We're hiring a Senior Product Manager to join our Lucie Health Marketplace team.

Lucie Health Marketplace is a new all-in-one storefront that will change how Americans shop for healthcare. Consumers buy cars, homes, and everyday products with transparency and choice. Healthcare is next. Lucie’s platform can serve millions of entrepreneurs, full- and part-time employees, gig workers, and early retirees.

This marketplace will serve D2C and ICHRA employee shoppers - guiding them with AI and broker support as they shop health plans, supplemental products, telehealth benefits, and other healthcare goods and services.

As a Senior Product Manager on the Lucie Health Marketplace team, You will lead marketplace product strategy, partnering closely with Engineering, Data, and Design teams. You will prioritize the marketplace roadmap, balancing initiatives across growth, user experience, AI investments, and strategic partnerships. You’ll work closely with Product Managers responsible for the enrollment platform and ICHRA tooling to create an end-to-end shopping experience.

You will report into a Director, Product Management.

This position is based in our New York City office, requiring a hybrid work schedule with 3 days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule. #LI-Hybrid

The base pay for this role is: $163,944.00 - $215,176.50per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, participation in Oscar's unlimited vacation program, company equity grants and annual performance bonuses.

• →Define, defend, and execute on the vision, strategy, and roadmap for product investments that power the Lucie Health Marketplace platform; implement solutions well-tailored to that strategy.
• →Define OKRs and KPIs to measure business and operational impacts, and relentlessly identify improvements.
• →Independently identify and bring together the right counterparts to solve a strategic or executional challenge, even when not clearly defined.
• →Independently problem-solve issues across teams and domains to quickly diagnose root cause and move to resolution factoring in trade-offs on speed, scalability and quality. 
• →Spearhead complex initiatives with ability to influence without authority. Manage timelines, cross-functional team accountability, and risk identification.
• →Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and operations partners to gather insights on user needs and ship innovative functionality that improves operational and financial efficiency goals.
• →Articulate crisp and thorough requirements and clearly communicate them across stakeholders, incorporating data and user research insights. Produce artifacts that junior team members can learn from.
• →Invest in strengthening the talent on Oscar's product team, by developing more junior team members through mentorship.
• →Compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• →Other duties as assigned.

• 6+ years of experience collaborating cross-functionally among engineers, designers, operations experts, and others in a Product Management or Product Management-adjacent role.
• 4+ years of experience in driving rigorous prioritization processes.
• 4+ years of experience with tech systems and understanding basic technology infrastructure such as backend services, database relationships, and leveraging database tools such as SQL2+ years of experience leading complex, cross-domain initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience root-causing ambiguous problems, building roadmaps towards a solution, and successfully executing against that roadmap.

• Ecommerce or two-sided marketplace experience preferred.
• Deep knowledge of A/B testing practices.
