Registry Relations Manager

Join Namecheap as a Registry Relations Manager to grow and manage our registry and TLD partner ecosystem by overseeing existing relationships and negotiating new partnerships that unlock exclusive domain extensions, preferential terms, and differentiated offers for customers; this role is not quota‑carrying sales but requires experience in the domain name, hosting, DNS, or internet infrastructure ecosystem, including negotiating partnership terms, pricing, promotions, or exclusivity with external partners.

  Manage and strengthen relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and mutual success.

  Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, addressing needs and resolving issues proactively.

  Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and revenue.

  Develop outreach strategies and lead negotiations to secure new exclusive deals.

  Lead commercial discussions, contract negotiations, and partnership agreements.

  Ensure partnerships deliver measurable value, exclusivity, and competitive advantage.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.

• 3–5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, account management, or related roles.

• Experience negotiating commercial agreements and closing deals.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
