Customer Service & Case Entry Representative (Entry-Level)

Join National Dentex - a leading healthcare organization specializing in the dental industry! We offer a full spectrum of specialized products, services, and technologies to address any dental restoration need. Currently, we have 50 labs throughout the country. We are seeking to fill a number of key positions within our organization including this Customer Service & Case Entry Representative opportunity at NDX Thayer Dental Laboratory in Mechanicsburg, PA. 

The regular hours for this position are from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, and subject to change from time to time.

• →Unpacking and sanitizing new work as needed as described in the procedural SOP
• →Sort and attach doctor prescriptions, notes, etc. to the case pan
• →Calling customers to verify and/or gather information to properly schedule cases
• →Primary responsibility is to schedule incoming cases
• →Invoice finished cases
• →Properly pack completed cases
• →Verify and properly consolidate all cases to prepare for shipping
• →Sort and properly ship packages that require express services
• →Disburse cases for local drivers
• →Maintain proper level of assembled shipping boxes
• →Responsible for organizing and maintaining a clean and safe work area free of debris
• →Answering telephones
• →Assist with filing and/or scanning completed paperwork properly
• →Assist with supply request fulfillment as needed
• →All other duties as assigned

• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
• Strong ability to comprehend and execute on both written and verbal instructions
• Strong knowledge of computers
• High level of organizational skill with the ability to prioritize work
• Ability to collaborate with all team members
• Strong critical thinking skills for problem solving
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task

• Preferred: High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: strong knowledge of dental terminology
• No experience required

• Disinfectant process chemicals
• Personal protective equipment as required
• Office equipment

• Regularly required to sit, stand, walk, and/or reach
• Exhibit fine motor skills and/or perform repetitive motions
• Good manual dexterity
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• Repetitive movement with a computer mouse
