• → Administer prescribed medications safely and accurately
• →Document all medication administration and report any changes in resident condition
• →Work under the supervision of a registered nurse (RN) or delegating nurse.
• →Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed
• →Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• →Complete and renew required Maryland Board of Nursing certification
• →Follow all state regulations and facility policies regarding medication administration
• →Report and document any incidents or medication errors promptly

• Certified Medication Technician certification in good standing
• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of hands-on experience as a CMT—ideally in a vibrant healthcare setting.
• Expertise in safe, accurate medication administration
