• →Serve as Manager-on-Duty (MOD) during assigned shifts, including regular opening and closing responsibilities
• →Supervise budtenders and front desk staff to ensure strong customer service and sales performance
• →Open and close the dispensary, including drawer counts and end-of-day cash reporting
• →Perform accurate cash handling, tracking, and required documentation
• →Process discounts, and pricing issues within the POS system
• →Address escalated customer service issues professionally and effectively
• →Ensure compliance with all MED regulations, state cannabis laws, and company SOPs
• →Maintain a clean, organized, stocked, and customer-ready sales floor
• →Delegate tasks and support staff performance throughout each shift
• →Count, record, and distribute employee tips accurately, including front desk allocations

• Ability to work full-time with open availability, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Colorado cannabis badge
• Proven ability to accurately handle cash, including drawer counts and documentation
• Experience working in a retail environment requiring accuracy, accountability, and adherence to procedures
• Strong communication skills with the ability to provide direction and address issues professionally
• Comfortable enforcing company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Demonstrates high ethical standards, integrity, and professionalism
