Key Accountabilities

Promote and demonstrate safe behavior at all times
Demonstrate effective performance in achieving agreed CHESS goals in support of the department, site and company standards
Participate in daily crew safety meetings
Assist with metallurgical and mill lab sample testing and analysis
Collect, organize and analyze process data using both excel and PI databases
Assist with monitoring and evaluating process procedures, improvements, and strategies
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and spreadsheets for both processing and management
Participate in plant tests, sampling campaigns, sample prep, and test analysis

Qualifications / Experience

Current Sophomore or Junior enrolled in a Metallurgy, Chemical Engineering or similar degree program
Current Driver's License
Computer literacy Microsoft Office (extensive excel skills is a requirement)
Demonstrate ability to maintain or exceed best industry safety practices in all tasks
