Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
- Orchestrate the portfolio. Hold the full picture across partners, programs, and regions (AMER, EMEA,
APJ). Connect threads that live in different teams and time zones, surface dependencies and conflicts
early, and keep the initiatives that matter most moving from idea to done — with clear owners,
timelines, and accountability. - See the whole system and remove friction. Get a real feel for how the entire organization runs day to
day — not just the programs, but the everyday — and sharpen how it operates on partner leadership’s
behalf. Embed durable process: replace the recurring bottlenecks, ad-hoc scrambles, and mundane
manual motions that slow us down with repeatable, well-designed systems that hold up as we scale.
Drive cross-functional execution. Work across partner marketing, partner enablement, and partner
operations, and with the regional partner field teams, to align priorities and remove blockers. You’ll be
the person who makes sure the right people are in the room and the work actually ships. - Turn data into decisions. Work hand in hand with the partner operations team — who own the data
and rpporting — to shape the metrics that matter and turn them into clear, actionable
recommendations for partner leadership. You help the numbers tell a story; you don’t need to build the
reporting pipeline yourself. - Build the narrative and the materials. Turn complex, multi-partner activity into clear stories, decks, and
briefings — and build the presentations yourself for senior leadership, partners, QBRs, and internal
stakeholders. Present them when needed. - Run the operating rhythm. Own the cadence that keeps the portfolio healthy: annual and quarterly
planning, OKR-setting and tracking, QBRs and partner reviews, programs, partner events, priority
reviews, and follow-through on decisions and commitments. - Own special projects. Take on high-priority, cross-functional initiatives that don’t fit neatly into any one
team — the ambiguous, zero-to-one problems — and drive them to a clear result. - Help the team scale. As the partner organization grows, build the internal infrastructure that scales
with it, and support hiring and onboarding so new team members ramp fast and the bar stays high. - Protect time and focus. Be ruthless about prioritization on partner leadership’s behalf — help decide
what’s worth showing up for and when, triage the inbound, and keep attention on the highest-leverage
work rather than the loudest. - Make the business AI-native. Use AI tools daily to move faster — research, analysis, drafting, synthesis
— and help the wider team do the same. Go further where it counts: design and build AI agents and
automations that run recurring operational workflows, so the organization scales without piling on
manual overhead.
Responsibilities
~2 min read- →Proven ability to piece together multiple workstreams and keep complex, cross-functional initiatives
moving to completion. - →Comfort operating across functions and influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority.
- →Strong business judgment — you can look at a problem from marketing, enablement, operations, and
sales angles and know where to focus. - →Data-driven by instinct — fluent turning messy inputs into clear metrics, models, and recommendations.
- →Process- and systems-minded — you see how an organization actually runs, spot the recurring friction,
and build durable process that removes it rather than working around it. - →Thinks many steps ahead — anticipates dependencies, risks, and what leadership will need before being
asked, and gets ahead of it. - →Trusted to carry initiatives forward on partner leadership’s behalf — a steady operator who keeps
things moving when their attention is elsewhere. - →Comfortable coordinating across regions and time zones (AMER, EMEA, APJ).
Executive presence — you build and deliver a sharp narrative to leadership and partners, and stay
steady under uncertainty and incomplete information. - →Genuine AI fluency — you already use AI tools in your own workflow and help others adopt them;
ideally you can design automations and build agents that take recurring operational work off the team’s
plate. - →Clear writing — you distill complex technical or organizational topics into concise, decision-ready
documents. - →Hungry and high-learning-velocity — eager to grow into a fast-moving space and take on more as the
portfolio scales.
- Familiarity with the AI / cloud / infrastructure ecosystem — NVIDIA, ISVs / tech ecosystem, channel, and
system integrators in particular. - Experience with partner programs, partner events, co-sell / co-marketing motions, or channel
operations. - Background blending strategy and hands-on execution (e.g., consulting or BizOps plus an operating
role). - Design sensibility — you produce clean, compelling decks and visuals that make ideas land.
- Note: partner-world or sales experience is not required. We hire for judgment, aptitude, and trajectory.
- The highest-priority partner initiatives have clear owners and are visibly moving — fewer things stall or
fall between teams. - Together with partner operations, partner leadership has a reliable, data-backed view of performance
without having to ask for it. - Cross-functional partners across marketing, enablement, operations, and the regional field teams see
you as the person who unblocks and aligns. - Recurring bottlenecks and manual, ad-hoc motions have been replaced with clean, repeatable process
— the organization runs smoother without adding headcount. - AI-assisted workflows and agents are saving real time across the team — not just in theory
