• 4+ years in IT operations or systems administration
• Experience administering SaaS and device management tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Okta, Mosyle)
• Strong macOS knowledge and Bash/Python scripting skills
• Familiar with endpoint compliance and security best practices
• Data-driven with experience tracking SLAs and operational metrics
• Strong communicator and mentor for junior team members
• Experience using AI-native productivity and automation tools

• →Own user/device lifecycle, SaaS admin, and support operations
• →Lead onboarding, offboarding, and role-change processes with HR and partners
• →Improve cross-functional workflows and document handoffs
• →Mentor junior staff and handle high-impact escalations
• →Track SLAs, backlog, CSAT; run root-cause analyses
• →Prototype and implement automation-first improvements
• →Administer core SaaS tools with security and audit focus
• →Translate engineering rollouts into operational runbooks
• →Maintain macOS endpoint compliance, MDM, and patching
• →Contribute to incident response as needed
