As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for the continuous development and enhancement of our core product. In this role, you will work across a broad technical spectrum, bringing in your own ideas to shape the product's future, utilizing modern development practices—including integrating and developing AI features directly within our solutions.
You will join a close-knit, Graz-based team of developers, collaborating tightly with Consultants, Operations and the IT department to deliver high-quality software.
Your job’s key responsibilities are:

~1 min readCompleted technical studies related to software engineering or equivalent practical experience/training in software development
Solid knowledge of software development principles, database modeling (SQL), and relational databases.
Strong understanding of server-side web application fundamentals and an openness to working on both back-end and front-end topics
Experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or Google Cloud Platform
Solid experience with the Spring framework
Familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript or other programming languages
Experience with Hibernate/JPA
Understanding of CI/CD processes and tools
German language skills

The actual salary depends on your qualifications and experience and is significantly above the minimum salary defined by the collective agreement. What is also important to us is to pay our employees an internally comparable salary. For legal reasons, we need to disclose the minimum annual salary for full time employment as stated in the current collective IT agreement, which is € 55,356 gross/year for this position.
