At Netlight, we believe that different perspectives make tech better. Tech Avenue is our program for women and gender diverse students within tech, created to build technical confidence, expand your network and give you a glimpse into life as an IT consultant.

Across three evenings at our Stockholm office, you’ll get to explore different areas within software development and data, work hands-on with real technical challenges, and meet people from across Netlight. Throughout the program, you’ll also be matched with your own Netlight Career Coach to support you in reflecting on your strengths, development and next steps after graduation.

Tech Avenue 2026 is for students graduating in 2027 who are curious about tech, consulting and where their career could take them.

#1 THE FOUNDATION – Thursday 5th November: Every icon needs a good base.

 

 

 

 

Technical Edge: Hands-on workshops in Data, Software and AI, led by experienced consultants.

Consulting Skills: Explore the skills beyond code that make a great consultant, from creative problem solving and business sense to sales and growth. Listen to inspiring talks and panel discussions from women across different career levels and career paths at Netlight.

Career Coaching: Get matched with your own Netlight Career Coach and reflect together on your strengths, ambitions and next steps after graduation.

Network & Inspiration: Meet fellow students, consultants and role models from across Netlight and become part of a community that continues beyond Tech Avenue. 

Final year Master student within IT, Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, graduating in 2027.

Women and gender diverse individuals who want to develop their technical skills and explore a future within tech.

Available to attend all three on-site events in Stockholm: November 5th, 17th and 25th, 2026.

Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in Software Development, Data and/or AI.
