New Jersey IEC is seeking a dedicated Remote Program Manager to join our team in Somerset. This full-time position offers the flexibility of remote work and is an excellent opportunity for professionals at the mid-senior level looking to make a significant impact in the construction industry.
As a Remote Program Manager, you will oversee various programs and projects, ensuring that they align with our strategic objectives and meet client expectations. You will play a crucial role in coordinating teams and resources, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality results in a timely manner. Your expertise will contribute to the efficiency and success of our operations, and you will have the opportunity to work on diverse and challenging projects that drive our mission forward.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage and oversee multiple construction programs from initiation to completion
- →Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines
- →Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resources
- →Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and team members
- →Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
- →Monitor program performance and report on progress and outcomes
- →Lead program meetings and document key decisions and action items
- →Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements

- 5+ years of program management experience in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in budget management and financial reporting
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
