As a Remote Program Manager, you will oversee various programs and projects, ensuring that they align with our strategic objectives and meet client expectations. Responsibilities

→Manage and oversee multiple construction programs from initiation to completion
→Coordinate with project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines
→Develop and maintain program schedules, budgets, and resources
→Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and team members
→Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success
→Monitor program performance and report on progress and outcomes
→Lead program meetings and document key decisions and action items
→Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Requirements

5+ years of program management experience in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
