This Associate Senior Consultant role is client‑first and outcome‑based. You’ll be operating within a consulting environment rather than an agency model - using structured methods, insight and advisory thinking to deliver results. It will appeal to:

About the Role
~1 min readYou will support and/or lead end-to-end recruitment projects for ambitious consulting firms - rapid scoping, targeted sourcing/headhunting, structured screening and selection, offer management, and onboarding handover - working as a trusted extension of our clients’ brand.
Responsibilities

- →Run candidate screening and interviews; design tailored assessment formats and provide clear recommendations.
- →Maintain clear stakeholder updates, proactively manage risks, and keep documentation accurate and current.
- →Uphold a candidate-centric process that reflects each client’s culture and values.
You are an experienced recruiter who understands the consultancy/professional services sector, who thrives in fast-paced environments and can quickly make an impact. You’ll be confident working independently, managing multiple projects, and delivering high-quality outcomes for consulting clients.
- An experienced recruiter (minimum of 5 years, possibly far more) who can land quickly and operate with credibility in consulting environments.
- Strong delivery discipline—able to juggle multiple workstreams, keep momentum, and produce high-quality outputs.
- Excellent research/headhunting, interviewing and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with management consultancies and professional/advisory services.
- Highly organised, logical and disciplined in delivery.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation.
- Commercially aware and outcome‑focused.
- Able to transition smoothly between different client cultures and expectations.
- Builds trust quickly with senior stakeholders.
Engagement Details
Assignments are typically structured outside IR35 and outcome‑based. Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) will be required. Please indicate your typical day‑rate expectations in the application questionnaire; individual engagements are scoped based on outcomes, rate and duration.
