The Coordination Manager is responsible for overseeing work order execution, improving operational processes, and ensuring projects are delivered according to PMO standards. This role provides leadership to coordinators, resolves escalated issues, and drives continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Coordination Manager:
- Lead work order execution and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize operational processes and ensure alignment with PMO standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and support to Service Coordinators and team members.
- Manage escalations and complex operational issues.
- Analyze KPIs and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Implement risk, quality, and compliance practices to support operational excellence.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.
- Remote
- Monday – Friday (8:00 PM EST – 5:00 AM EST)
Successful candidate must possess:
- Must have 3 – 5+ years’ experience in a project, operations, or service delivery environment.
- Proven ability to manage and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving operational, project-related, and escalated issues.
- Proven leadership, coaching, or mentoring experience.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong ability to analyze KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- PMP certification or an equivalent professional project management qualification is highly regarded.
