Responsibilities

→Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Project Management, or a related field.

Requirements

10+ years of professional experience in project management, business development operations, or strategic account management.
Demonstrated experience supporting corporate strategy, business development, or external partnership functions within a highly matrixed environment.
Advanced proficiency with enterprise productivity suites (Microsoft Office/Teams, Google Workspace) with elite-level capabilities in PowerPoint and Excel for narrative building and data analysis.

Additional Preferences:

Deep experience within the pharmaceutical industry, digital health, or telehealth ecosystems (experience with direct to consumer or similar digital commercial models is highly valued).
Familiarity with enterprise-grade CRM platforms and agile project management tools.
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial compliance, including MLRO/MLR workflows.

Work Environment & Physical Demands

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regular use of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other digital equipment. Regular, repetitive movements such as typing and scrolling. Ability to see, read, and adjust focus on computer screens for prolonged periods during remote collaboration.

WORK ENVIRONMENT: Onsite at Corporate Center (Indianapolis, IN) a minimum of 3 days per week, in alignment with current company hybrid workspace policies.

EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: Monday through Friday, standard business hours
