Lead Hospitality Associate (Part Time)

The Seasonal Part-Time Lead Hospitality Associate plays an important role in the overall success of the Newfields Culinary Arts Department.  This associate works closely with the full-time leadership team to ensure that day-to-day operations needs of the team are met. This associate makes sure that the needs of the both the customer and employees are being met during each shift.

Position requires working an average of 20 hours per work week and must have weekend and holiday availability (Friday / Saturday / Sunday) 

• → Taking excellent care of Newfields Guests
• →Communicating operational needs to the manager
• →Ensuring quality standards in product and service are upheld

• Strong communication with management and coworkers
• Ability to problem-solve in the moment
• Strong customer-service focused attitude

• 6 months experience in Newfields hospitality role or 1 year experience in similar hospitality role

Physical demands: While performing the duties of this hob, the employee must be able to stand for 3-5 hours at a time; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; talk or hear; taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds.
