Senior Recruiter

Newsela is looking for a Senior Recruiter (GTM) to join our People team, reporting directly to the Manager, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will serve as a strategic talent partner to revenue and growth leadership, driving the strategy and execution required to scale our Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for revenue-generating roles, champion candidate experience, and leverage GTM market data to build high-performing, diverse sales, marketing, and customer success teams.

• GTM Strategic Partnership: Partner with GTM leaders (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand revenue goals, align on headcount roadmaps, and execute tailored hiring plans.
• Full-Cycle Execution: Own the end-to-end process for a portfolio of GTM requisitions, from kickoff calls and active outbound sourcing through complex offer negotiations and closing.
• Pipeline & Sourcing: Proactively source and engage top-tier, passive revenue talent across competitive EdTech landscape using LinkedIn Recruiter and innovative network outreach.
• Data-Driven Advisory: Collaborate with hiring managers using real-time market trends, compensation benchmarks, and pipeline analytics to streamline time-to-hire and increase offer acceptance rates.
• Candidate Experience & Brand: Deliver a high-touch, memorable candidate journey that highlights Newsela’s mission, remote culture, and market impact.

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience for an EdTech or SaaS company, with a focus on Go-to-Market hiring.
• Proven track record of successfully hiring for roles in Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, RevOps. 
• Strong understanding of the GTM function and the key metrics for success.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Expert level project management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
• A passion for building diverse and high-performing teams.

• Experience with using recruitment tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.
• Experience with global hiring in locations such as Latin America and the Philippines.
