~1 min readThe CSRD Reporting Manager ensures that our client meets all Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements in a structured, accurate and audit-ready way. You will oversee the full reporting process and make sure all information is complete, reliable and well-coordinated across the organisation.
At the same time, this role has a strong strategic angle. You will help the business understand what CSRD insights mean for long-term decision-making, risk management, investment priorities and overall value creation. You will help the organisation move beyond basic compliance by using CSRD insights to shape strategic priorities, strengthen trust and support sustainable growth. In this position, you combine solid reporting expertise with the ability to translate data into clear narratives and practical recommendations. You can connect regulatory requirements with the organisation’s broader strategic direction and highlight where opportunities lie.
You will join the Finance & Control team and report to the Director Group Accounting. Close collaboration with colleagues from Sustainability, HR and other departments is key, so strong stakeholder management and clear communication are essential.

Who are you?
•7+ years of relevant experience in corporate reporting, sustainability/ESG reporting, finance, or risk/compliance functions within an international organization.
•Proven track record in data assurance, audit preparation, or internal controls related to non-financial or financial disclosures.
•Experience with EU sustainability reporting frameworks (e.g., CSRD, ESRS, GRI,TCFD) or other regulatory reporting requirements.
•Strong background in data management and analytics, including data quality assurance, dashboarding, and performance tracking.
•Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
•Familiarity with reporting systems, workflow tools, and governance frameworks.
•Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, compliant, and insightful disclosures.
•Experience in designing or delivering training and change management programs related to reporting or compliance is a plus.
