Are you at your best when opening doors, building instant rapport, and closing deals that others find difficult? This role is tailor-made for the true “hunter”: you love the chase, thrive on targets, and get energised by every new win. At Nexio Projects, your drive directly shapes our growth story and the impact we make.
Command the market: Proactively build and manage a robust pipeline, focusing on new logo acquisition across priority sectors (manufacturing, logistics, packaging, chemicals, professional services).
Break down barriers: Rapidly identify, approach, and convert high-potential prospects into loyal, long-term clients.
Consult with impact: Quickly master clients’ sustainability pain points and tailor value-driven solutions across shifting priorities in Climate and Sustainability topics, including EcoVadis Assessments, CDP, carbon reporting, product carbon footprinting, ESG consulting.
Shorten the sales cycle: Move prospects through each stage urgently, closing deals and exceeding revenue targets.
Market intelligence: Partner with marketing and leadership to refine value propositions and respond to market dynamics before the competition does.
Own your wins: Celebrate, learn, and reset. Your growth is as fast and ambitious as you choose to make it.
Within your first 6 months, you’ll have:
Built a pipeline packed with new business and delivered above-quota sales performance.
Consistently closed deals with C-level, ESG, and procurement leaders from mid-size and multinational organisations.
Become Nexio’s “go-to” for breaking into new accounts and market segments.
Set the bar for high energy, commercial excellence, and impact.
Work closely with Nexio Projects’ Co-CEO and sales team
Integrate AI and scalable automations in the way we conduct business
