QSR Restaurant District Manager / Area Director

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated QSR Restaurant District Manager / Area Director to join our team in Fort Wayne. This full-time, on-site role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee multiple Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) and ensure operational excellence across the district.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving sales growth, and implementing best practices across our locations. You will lead a team of managers and staff, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability while aligning with our company’s strategic goals.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $80,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within the thriving restaurant industry.

• →Oversee operations of multiple QSR locations to ensure compliance with company standards

• →Recruit, train, and develop restaurant management teams

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in the restaurant industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in financial management and budgeting
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Knowledge of QSR operations and best practices
• Willingness to travel within the district as needed
