As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will collaborate closely with the General Manager and various departments to maintain high standards of service, manage staff, and optimize operational efficiency. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality and looking to contribute to our mission of providing outstanding dining experiences.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure high standards of food quality and service
- →Oversee staff training and development programs
- →Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
- →Implement and monitor health and safety regulations
- →Resolve customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
- →Collaborate with the General Manager on strategic initiatives
- →Analyze financial performance and manage budgets
Requirements

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Proficient in restaurant management software and POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- A degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
