Restaurant District Manager / Area Supervisor

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant District Manager / Area Supervisor to join our team in Los Angeles. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of several restaurants, ensuring adherence to company standards and fostering a positive work environment. We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $95,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement.

• →Oversee operations and ensure consistency across multiple restaurant locations
• →Develop and implement strategies to maximize sales and profitability
• →Conduct regular site visits and operational audits
• →Train, mentor, and develop restaurant management teams
• →Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

• →Monitor inventory levels and manage food cost and labor budgets

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
• 3+ years of multi unit management experience in the restaurant industry
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
• Proven track record of driving sales and operational efficiencies
• Ability to analyze financial reports and develop action plans
• Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the restaurant industry
• Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
