NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a Restaurant General Manager to spearhead our growing casual dining brand in Nashville. This full-time, on-site position invites a talented leader to oversee our restaurant operations and create memorable dining experiences for our guests.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a critical role in enhancing our brand presence while ensuring operational excellence. You will lead a dynamic team, manage day-to-day operations, and implement strategic initiatives that align with our vision for growth and customer satisfaction. Your leadership will not only inspire the staff but also significantly contribute to the overall success and community engagement of our restaurant.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $90,000 annually, along with a vibrant work environment and opportunities for career advancement in the culinary industry.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee daily restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service and quality
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of staff
- →Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- →Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
- →Evaluate customer feedback and implement changes where necessary
- →Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to maintain inventory and quality
Requirements

- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent understanding of restaurant operations, industry standards, and customer service
- Financial acumen with experience in managing budgets and driving profitability
- Ability to create and implement effective marketing strategies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on improving customer experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
