NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our Healthy Fast Casual dining establishment in Winter Park. This full-time, on-site position is an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about promoting healthy eating and delivering exceptional customer experiences in the restaurant industry.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring that our team provides top-notch service and maintains our commitment to quality and health-conscious dining. You will play a critical role in shaping the restaurant's culture and driving its success by implementing innovative strategies and fostering a positive team environment. With a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 annually, we offer a supportive workplace that encourages personal and professional growth.
Responsibilities

Requirements
