We are looking for a Junior Workplace Operations Specialist to join the HomeToGo team in Vilnius. This is a two-year maternity cover position, available either full-time or part-time, making it a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in workplace operations within an international environment. Working closely with colleagues across the company, you will support day-to-day workplace operations and administrative tasks, ensuring that both employees and visitors feel well taken care of.

Support the day-to-day office operations and help ensure everything runs smoothly
Manage supplier communication, maintain office inventory, and order office supplies
Support the planning and logistics of internal events, meetings, and celebrations
Be responsible for organizing internal catering and culinary goodies for your colleagues
Coordinate business travel arrangements for employees and guests
Support internal communication and help ensure employees stay informed and connected
Look for opportunities to improve the workplace experience and contribute to a positive office environment
Some experience in administration, office support, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role would be an advantage, but we're also happy to consider last-year students, recent graduates, or candidates at the beginning of their career
A genuine interest in workplace operations and creating a great employee experience
Strong organizational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail
A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to take ownership of day-to-day tasks

Excellent communication skills in both Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken

Salary range: € 1500 - 2000 gross / month for a full-time position, or adjusted accordingly for part-time employment.
