一、岗位职责(Job Responsibilities)
1. 负责指定行业的市场策略制定与落地,结合行业特性、客户痛点及市场趋势,打造差异化营销方案,推动行业营收增长与市场份额提升。

Responsible for formulating and implementing marketing strategies for designated industries, developing differentiated marketing plans based on industry characteristics, customer pain points and market trends, and driving industry revenue growth and market share improvement.
2. 深入调研目标行业客户需求,搭建行业客户画像体系,输出需求分析报告,为产品迭代、解决方案优化提供市场依据。
Conduct in-depth research on customer needs in target industries, build an industry customer portrait system, output demand analysis reports, and provide market basis for product iteration and solution optimization.

3. 策划并执行行业垂直领域营销活动(如峰会、沙龙、线上直播、案例发布会等),拓展行业客户资源,提升品牌在目标行业的影响力与认知度。
Plan and execute vertical industry marketing activities (such as summits, salons, online live broadcasts, case conferences, etc.), expand industry customer resources, and enhance brand influence and awareness in target industries.
4. 搭建行业案例库与内容矩阵,产出行业白皮书、解决方案手册、客户成功案例等优质内容,赋能销售团队成单。
Build an industry case library and content matrix, produce high-quality content such as industry white papers, solution manuals, and customer success cases to empower the sales team in closing deals.

5. 监控行业动态、竞争对手策略及政策变化,定期输出行业分析报告,为公司市场决策提供数据支撑。

Monitor industry trends, competitors' strategies and policy changes, regularly output industry analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's market decisions.
6. 联动销售、产品、研发等跨部门团队,推动行业专属解决方案的落地与推广,解决客户合作中的市场相关问题。
Collaborate with cross-departmental teams including sales, product and R&D, promote the landing and promotion of industry-exclusive solutions, and solve market-related problems in customer cooperation.

二、任职要求(Qualifications & Requirements)
1. 本科及以上学历,985/211高校本科毕业优先;
Bachelor's degree or above. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree from 985 or 211 universities are preferred.

2. 3年以上行业市场(Segment Marketing)相关工作经验,有采矿业、冶金行业、化工行业、机械行业等核心行业深耕经验者优先;
More than 3 years of relevant work experience in segment marketing, with in-depth experience in core B2B industries such as Minging, Metallurgy, Chemical, and Mechanics is preferred;
3. 具备扎实的市场策略制定能力,熟悉行业市场细分、定位及推广逻辑,有成功的行业营销方案落地案例;
Solid ability in formulating marketing strategies, familiar with industry market segmentation, positioning and promotion logic, with successful cases of landing industry marketing plans;
4. 精通数据分析和Office工具(Excel、PowerPoint、Word等),能通过数据洞察客户需求与市场趋势,为决策提供支撑;
Proficient in data analysis and office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.), able to gain insights into customer needs and market trends through data to support decision-making;
5. 具备优秀的跨部门协作、项目统筹及沟通表达能力,能高效协调资源推动项目落地;
Excellent cross-departmental collaboration, project coordination, communication and expression skills, able to efficiently coordinate resources to promote project landing;
6. 英语流利,可作为工作语言进行商务沟通、报告撰写及客户对接;
Fluent in English, able to use it as a working language for business communication, report writing and customer connection;
7. 对行业动态敏感,逻辑思维清晰,抗压能力强,具备创新意识与结果导向思维。
Sensitive to industry trends, clear logical thinking, strong pressure resistance, and equipped with innovative awareness and result-oriented thinking.
