Location: Hoboken, NJ

NICE Actimize is a recognized leader in fighting financial crime using our advanced platform for delivery of Anti-Money Laundering, Fraud, and Financial Markets Compliance Solutions.
NICE Actimize is currently seeking a Senior Product Manager to define and bring to market state of the art Platform and case management capabilities for the financial crime management market using leading, state of the art innovative technology and artificial intelligence processes. This product manager would be responsible for the formation and execution of strategy leveraging the Actimize footprint, that aligns with the overall objectives of the product portfolio and helps to deliver value to customers across a variety of Financial Crime and Compliance initiatives. This product manager will work with all NICE Actimize lines of business to go from vision to delivery while maintaining a focus on a profitable solutions business model.
Responsibilities
- Define, validate, and bring to market innovative Actimize platform and case management capabilities, enabling end-to-end investigation workflows for financial institutions.
- Develop product strategy and planning to drive business growth and market leadership, grounded in a deep understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and regulatory trends.
- Own the product roadmap and requirements, delivering scalable, workflow-driven, and user-centric solutions for case management and investigation orchestration.
- Drive go-to-market execution, including positioning, packaging, pricing, and sales enablement, ensuring strong adoption and measurable business impact.
- Act as a thought leader and evangelist, engaging with customers, partners, and industry forums to shape the future of investigation platforms and case management.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration in a highly matrixed environment, building strong partnerships across customers, sales, regions, partners, services, and product teams.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, ideally in platform or data-driven products
- Proven ability to define product strategy, roadmap, and requirements for complex enterprise solutions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making
- Experience working closely with engineering teams to deliver high-quality software products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in financial services, financial crime, or compliance domains
- Familiarity with AI/ML, analytics, or detection systems
- Experience with cloud/SaaS platforms and modern architectures
- Background in automation or workflow-driven systems
- Experience in public speaking or customer-facing engagements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
