You will be joining Nightfall AI's People team as our Talent & People Lead for India, responsible for owning the full talent and people function across our Bengaluru office. This is a high-ownership role built for someone who knows how to recruit in the cybersecurity and data security space -- you will be hiring engineers, technical support, QA, and product talent across DLP, endpoint security, and AI-driven security domains. You will own recruiting end-to-end, manage onboarding, collaborate closely with our global People team, and serve as the on-the-ground people partner for our India team.
