Compliance Intern

Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of medicines in the clinic

Support clinic operations, including dispensing basic medicines to employees when needed

Prepare and maintain Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) documentation.

Assist in creating and updating monitoring checklists for hub signages and compliance requirements.

Ensure proper organization and filing of compliance-related documents.

Monitor and respond to compliance-related emails as needed.

Take and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) for compliance discussions and updates.

Maintain and update trackers using Excel and Google Sheets.

Other tasks that may be assigned by the line manager of Compliance.
