Responsibilities

→Oversee daily operations of multiple clinics or regional units, ensuring efficient workflow, quality of service, and compliance with organizational standards

→Serve as a representative of management in various forums, conveying strategic direction and performance updates

→Coordinate technology infrastructure, medical records, and clinical systems within clinics and practices

Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets for departments, including capital equipment and personnel costs

Ensure clinical revenue growth while controlling expenses and take corrective actions as needed

Manage contract compliance for outsourced services such as housekeeping, pharmacy, security, and biomedical services

Ensure clinic and office facilities comply with safety standards, JCAHO, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements

Maintain accurate records and implement auditing procedures to ensure compliance

Supervise and evaluate staff performance; provide ongoing feedback, training, and development opportunities

Implement staff orientation, safety, infection control, and core training programs

Develop initiatives to enhance team skills and departmental effectiveness

Collaborate with department leadership to set goals, develop new programs, and improve existing clinical services

Lead efforts to grow departmental clinical services and meet evolving healthcare demands

Manage grants, contracts, and coordinate with academic and clinical partners

Collect, organize, and analyze operational and financial data; generate reports for management and regulatory agencies

Use data insights to inform strategic decisions and operational improvements

Monitor service levels and quality performance metrics

Ensure safety protocols and infection control standards are maintained throughout the facilities

Other Duties: Perform related responsibilities as needed to support organizational objectivesMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, healthcare administration, or related field required. Will consider higher level of education in lieu of experience (e.g., Master's + 5 years)
Minimum of seven (7) years healthcare-related experience (with Bachelor's)
Minimum requirement of three (3) years supervisory/manager experience
Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, contracts, and revenue growth strategies
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and accreditation processes
Excellent communication, strategic planning, and organizational skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Master's degree
Experience in ambulatory setting

Environmental exposures include but are not limited to: Blood-borne pathogen exposure, Bio-hazardous waste chemicals/gases/fumes/vapors, Communicable diseases, Electrical shock, Floor Surfaces, Hot/Cold Temperatures, Indoor/Outdoor conditions, Latex, Lighting, Patient care/handling injuries, Radiation, Shift work, Travel may be required. Use of personal protective equipment, including respirators, environmental conditions may vary depending on assigned work area and work tasks.
