We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, and organized Quality Assurance Technician to join our remote team. In this role, you’ll help ensure that our work, processes, and results consistently meet our quality standards. This role is a great fit for someone who naturally notices the little things others may miss, enjoys working independently, and takes pride in getting things right. Strong attention to detail, good judgment, and solid organizational skills will help you succeed.

Responsibilities

  • →Review work, data, processes, and completed tasks to make sure they are accurate, complete, and meet company standards.
  • →Identify errors, defects, inconsistencies, or situations where established procedures have not been followed.
  • →Clearly document quality issues and provide enough detail for others to understand and address them.
  • →Track quality results and help identify recurring issues, patterns, or trends.
  • →Communicate findings with the appropriate team members and help support corrective actions.
  • →Follow up on identified issues to make sure they have been properly resolved.
  • →Keep accurate and organized records of inspections, reviews, test results, and other quality-related documentation.
  • →Follow established quality procedures, checklists, and guidelines.
  • →Handle company and confidential information with care and professionalism.
  • →Look for practical ways to improve processes, reduce errors, and maintain consistent quality.
  • →Stay up to date with relevant quality standards, tools, and procedures.
  • →Assist with other quality-related and administrative tasks as needed.
  • 1–2 years of experience in quality assurance, quality control, inspection, or a related role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate’s or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, especially Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Experience with quality management systems or inspection software is helpful but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
  • Good organization and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable communicating through email, messaging platforms, and video meetings.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

You’re someone who naturally pays attention to the details and takes pride in doing quality work. You’re comfortable reviewing information, spotting potential problems, and using good judgment to determine what needs to be addressed or escalated.

You’re able to manage your work independently, stay organized, and communicate clearly with your team—even when working remotely. You’re proactive, dependable, and always looking for ways to make processes better and more efficient.
