About the Role

- Building and managing HubSpot workflows and marketing automation
- Supporting and executing email marketing campaigns
- Managing lead flow and marketing operations processes
- Assisting with content creation, messaging, and storytelling
- Using AI tools like ChatGPT to support marketing initiatives
- Organizing marketing projects, timelines, and workflows
- Supporting campaign execution across multiple channels
- Collaborating with marketing and cross-functional teams
- Experience with HubSpot workflows and marketing automation
- Experience executing email marketing campaigns
- Familiarity with ChatGPT or other AI tools in a marketing context
- Strong English communication and writing skills
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to work US timezone hours (required)
- A proactive, creative, and solution-oriented mindset
