We are looking for a Property Administrator to join our Residential team in Fort McMurray, AB. Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will assist in the effective operations of our property management offices, while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

→Able to work independently or in a team environment, is a self-starter, and able to effectively multitask
→Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
→Proficient written and oral English communication skills, managing verbal (in-person or telephone) and written correspondence
→Ability to use MS Office suite at an intermediate level
→Excellent customer service skills and pleasant demeanor
→Able to provide a criminal record free of relevant convictions
