AFS is hiring a National Sales Leader. Administrative Fiduciary Services Inc. (‘AFS’) serves as a co-fiduciary with employers with respect to administrative issues helping employers more effectively fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities and saving employers time.
We are looking to add a National Sales Leader to manage the most dynamic 3(16) sales team in the country. If you have an interest in the responsibilities outlined below, and meet some combination of the stated requirements, please consider joining our team.
The focus of the AFS Sales Director is managing the sales team of professionals to meet company goals. For this position, an individual must have a minimum of ten years of sales experience and eight years of supervisory experience.
Responsibilities

- →Monitor productivity and progress toward firm goals through report generation
- →Maintain frequent contact with key producers through on-site visits, seminars, webinars, conference calls, and other presentation media
- →Understand the competitive industry environment; identify and analyze market trends while providing recommendations and feedback to the sales team
- →Build and service strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our intermediary partners
- →Travel to offsite periodic sales training
- →Keep current with new regulations and legislation as well as an awareness of proposed regulations and legislation
- →Stay abreast of emerging trends in technology and law changes and provide leadership in evolving AFS service offerings
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field or equivalent work experience
- Sales experience (related or not); preferably internal or external wholesaling
- 8+ years of supervisory experience in Sales.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment
- Proven sales ability a plus; must be able to move the needle
- Strong ability to build relationships and create partnerships
- Confident presentation skills
- Knowledge of retirement industry products and services for our respective market space is a plus
