We’re hiring a detail-oriented Operations & Clinic Coordinator to support mobile vaccination clinics and field operations. This role focuses on staff scheduling, resource coordination, and clinic execution across multiple locations. Ideal for candidates with healthcare operations, scheduling, or logistics experience. - Coordinate staff scheduling and clinic coverage across multiple sites
- Maintain and publish schedules 30 days in advance; adjust in real time as needed
- Support clinic operations and ensure adherence to workflows and infection control standards
- Manage resource allocation (staff, supplies, equipment) for clinics and office operations
- Partner with external vendors to ensure vaccine storage and cold chain compliance (DDL monitoring)
- Optimize schedules to reduce travel time and improve efficiency
- Track and verify staff hours, scheduling accuracy, and mileage reporting
- Communicate schedules and updates clearly to staff and customers
- 2+ years of scheduling, operations coordination, or healthcare support experience
- Experience managing multi-site scheduling or high-volume logistics
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Scheduling systems and data entry
- Medical Assistant or Pharmacy Technician background
- Experience with vaccination clinics or immunization registries
- Knowledge of medical billing or long-term care systems (PCC, Matrix, ECP)
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Healthcare, or related field)
- Ability to work onsite (office + clinics)
- Valid driver's license and local travel required
