Compensation: $25–$30/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
Guaranteed Hours: 50 hours/week

Overview
A family in Roswell, New Mexico is looking for a reliable, experienced full-time nanny to care for their 9-month-old infant. This role is centered on consistent, nurturing infant care in a calm home with no pets, along with light household duties that support the baby’s daily routine. No driving is needed. This is a good fit for a dependable caregiver who wants a long-term role with one family and enjoys the early stages of a child’s development.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full-time care for a 9-month-old infant
• Manage daily routines, including bottles, introducing solids, meal prep for the baby, diapering, naps, and bathing
• Support developmental milestones such as crawling, standing, and early language through play, reading, and age-appropriate activities
• Keep a clean, safe, baby-proofed environment for a mobile infant
• Handle light household duties related to the baby, including laundry, washing bottles, and tidying play and nursery areas
• Communicate with parents about feedings, naps, diapers, and milestones each day

Requirements:

• Recent professional infant care experience
• Current CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to get certified
• Reliable, punctual, and consistent, with a long-term commitment
• Able to work Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
