Requirements

Valid driver's license; confident winter driving
Comfortable driving a family-provided vehicle
Strong swimmer, comfortable swimming with children
CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain
Current flu vaccination
Comfortable managing a child's food allergy, including carrying an epipen
Reliable, patient, organized, detail-oriented, and active — happy to head outside in any weather and turn the day into an adventure
Must be able to provide 3–5 professional references
