Position: Clinical Nurse Coordinator – Interventional Radiology
Full Time/Part Time: Full time, exempt
Hours: Monday-Friday-may rotate into on-call

Responsibilities

→Provide Clinical Guidance and leadership to nursing staff within the unit.
→Ensure compliance with established clinical protocols, safety standards and delivery of care
→Function as the department charge nurse; assign staff to rooms, relieve staff for meal breaks, coordinate bed transfer/inpatient bed placement, scheduling ad-on cases
→Lead daily huddle
→Rotates into patient care as needed
→Manage staff schedules

→IL RN License
→Bachelors of Science degree in Nursing or Masters degree in Nursing or Health Care Administration preferred
→BLS/CPR, ACLS from American Heart Association required
