→Responsible for supplier reporting and monthly metrics.
→Completes or assists in completion of all root cause and countermeasure investigations for customer complaints, internal investigations, and audit findings.
→Assists and/or manages containment
→Assists and/or manages sorting activities
→Supports all external and internal investigations.
→Assists with activities for Change Management.
→Manages all external Supplier Defect/Containment.
→Supports and participates in shop floor audits.
→Supports Customer requirements.
→Supports APS/Lean Projects.
→Supports Quality Training.
→Supports HOLD Process.
→Proficient in Microsoft.
→Able to interface with computers.
→May be responsible for assisting in training of QA technicians and QA support of Dojo training for all new hires.
