At North Shore Pediatric Therapy, we’re seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. You’ll provide personalized, in-clinic therapy through evaluations and individualized treatment plans designed to meet each child’s unique needs. With 80% of our clients receiving multiple services, this is a truly collaborative, interdisciplinary setting—complete with opportunities for co-treats alongside Speech-Language Pathologists, Physical Therapists, BCBAs, and Mental Health providers. What We Offer

~1 min read- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and Illinois state license in good standing
- Experience or strong interest in pediatrics, including ADLs, daily routines, play, and feeding
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, and walk regularly; lift up to 45 lbs
- Adequate vision and hearing for written and verbal communication
- Comfort working in an environment with moderate noise levels
As part of our interdisciplinary team, you will:
- Design and administer treatment programs to increase independence in ADLs, routines, play, and feeding
- Make cross-referrals to other disciplines as needed
- Address executive functioning, attention, and fine/gross motor coordination
- Create home programs and coach families to implement them
- Collaborate with doctors, teachers, and pediatric specialists for coordinated care
- Maintain detailed progress notes and adjust treatment plans as needed
