Speech language - Clinic Based

You'll work with children and families from 10AM - 6PM, up to five days per week. This opportunity offers flexibility, autonomy, and a consistent schedule while making a lasting impact through family-centered care.

• → Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments
• → Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s communication needs
• → Regularly update plans of care based on clinical progress and client goals
• → Provide in-person, clinic-based speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients
• → Use evidence-based approaches to address articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, fluency, and feeding (if applicable)
• → Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including daily session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries
• → Communicate with families regarding client progress and recommendations
• → Collaborate with other treating therapists to support coordinated, team-based care when needed

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active DC SLP license (or eligibility)
• Excellent clinical reasoning, documentation, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently
