Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations using standardized and non-standardized assessments
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s communication needs
  • Regularly update plans of care based on clinical progress and client goals
  • Provide in-person, clinic-based speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients
  • Use evidence-based approaches to address articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, fluency, and feeding (if applicable)
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation, including daily session notes, progress reports, evaluations, and discharge summaries
  • Communicate with families regarding client progress and recommendations
  • Collaborate with other treating therapists to support coordinated, team-based care when needed

Requirements
