Data Entry Clerk

Essential Duties (Other duties may be assigned as necessary):

• Manages all documents critical to our Quality Management System.
• Coordinates document edit & approval processes to obtain stakeholder input and approval.
• Manages storage, cataloging, archiving, and retrieval of documents using electronic or manual systems.
• Possesses working knowledge of network drives, proper naming conventions, and document file storage.
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail.
• Must be an outside the box thinker, constantly looking for new way and technologies to improve.
• Possesses excellent communication skills both interpersonal and organizational. Presents information and responds to questions internally and externally effectively.
• Demonstrates proficiency with PC, e-mail, and MS Office programs.
• Has experience in ISO 9001 and TS 16949 systems as they relate to documentation.
• Defines problems, collects data, establishes facts, and draws valid conclusions.
• Coordinates with multiple departments and manages effectively. 
• Supports the Plant quality systems/goals and productivity improvements/goals within the scope of the job.
• Supports the Plant safety systems/goals within the scope of the job.
• Regular and predictable attendance.
• Compliance with applicable Company, Corporate, State, and Federal regulations.

Prior data entry experience preferred.

Starting Wage : Base starting wage is $42,000 - $50,000/annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to: job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. At NTN, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
