We are currently seeking a IT Client Executive - Banking - Tri-State Area to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina (US-NC), United States (US). NTT DATA is seeking a seasoned and growth-oriented Client Executive to serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner for a banking and financial services client. This role is responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through innovative IT and digital solutions while leading large, complex client engagements. The ideal candidate brings deep industry expertise, strong executive presence, and a proven ability to grow accounts, manage P&L, and foster long-term client relationships at the C-suite level. Responsibilities: * Serve as a strategic advisor and enterprise partner to banking clients, delivering impactful IT and digital transformation solutions * Drive account growth strategies, consistently achieving revenue and profit targets through consultative engagement * Manage multi-million-dollar portfolios, including forecasting, account planning, and full P&L ownership * Build and sustain senior-level client relationships to understand and anticipate evolving business and technology needs * Lead cross-functional teams—including consultants, solution architects, and delivery professionals—to design and execute value-driven solutions * Leverage deep banking industry expertise to guide conversations around modernization, innovation, operations, and customer experience * Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop tailored proposals and solution strategies * Apply industry best practices in delivery governance, including the use of scorecards, SLAs, KPIs, and performance metrics Qualifications: * 12+ years of experience in IT services or consulting, covering infrastructure, cloud, applications, and cybersecurity * 8+ years of account leadership experience, managing complex engagements and financial performance * 5+ years of expertise in the Banking or Financial Services industry * Demonstrated executive presence and consultative selling skills, with experience engaging C-suite stakeholders * Strong understanding of digital transformation strategies, including data modernization, cloud migration, and system integration * MBA or prior experience in a consulting practice is a plus * Willingness and ability to travel 40–50% as required Why Join NTT DATA At NTT DATA, you’ll be part of a global organization that empowers you to lead, innovate, and make a measurable impact. Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $175,500 – 292,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered. Company benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short- and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
