Procurement Analyst

The Procurement team exists to support, influence, and challenge business decisions by delivering value across end-to-end sourcing processes through long-term, sustainable partnerships, enabled by efficient, agile, and innovative ways of working.

We are looking for a Procurement Analyst to act as a strategic business partner, leading relevant sourcing and contracting initiatives with a focus on financial impact, risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and the evolution of Procurement routines through data, technology, and AI fluency.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, influences stakeholders consistently, contributes to the direction of the function, and helps build scalable solutions to support business growth.

• Develop robust negotiation strategies and cost targets by leveraging market dynamics, benchmarks, and category trends.
• Lead and manage relevant sourcing negotiations and initiatives while building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Act as a Procurement partner to the business, balancing commercial ambition, financial discipline, governance, and risk mitigation throughout the sourcing and contracting lifecycle.
• Influence stakeholders to adopt consistent, high-quality practices across contracting, supplier management, and operational execution.
• Analyze budgets, spending patterns, and commercial opportunities to identify efficiency gains, better financial outcomes, and risk mitigation opportunities.
• Use data, analytical tools, Procurement/BI, and digital solutions to increase visibility, support decision-making, and improve category management.
• Drive practical adoption of AI in Procurement routines, using AI tools to improve productivity, quality of deliverables, speed of execution, and stakeholder experience.
• Build dashboards and visual management mechanisms to track financial impact, risks, deadlines, pipeline, and sourcing and supplier performance.
• Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities in processes, approval workflows, and contract management, reducing friction and strengthening the Procurement operating model.
• Support Nubankers on Procurement processes, contributing to a simpler, more efficient, and scalable way of working.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Vendor Management, or Contract Management, with experience in dynamic environments, ideally in technology or other complex settings.
• Strong negotiation and sourcing skills, with strategic thinking and a focus on value creation.
• Experience in contract management and partnering with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical capability and sound business judgment to translate data into practical recommendations and action plans.
• AI fluency applied to Procurement, including experience using AI tools and digital solutions to improve routines, productivity, visibility, and quality of deliverables.
• Experience building, structuring, or using dashboards and visual management tools.
• A hands-on profile, with a holistic process view and initiative to implement improvements in a practical way.
• Clear, objective communication and the ability to influence stakeholders across different seniority levels.
• Strong prioritization and project management skills, with the ability to perform well in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
• Advanced English proficiency.
