Parts Counter Personnel (Toyota NA)

• →Provide exceptional customer service to retail and internal service customers
• →Assist customers in accurately identifying and ordering automotive parts
• →Communicate clearly with customers and the service department regarding backorders and delays
• →Perform regular inventory tasks, including weekly bin counts and cycle counts
• →Check in and stock nightly deliveries of parts and customer orders
• →Maintain a clean and organized work area
• →Handle heavy parts and packages (up to 50 lbs)

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous parts experience a plus, but not required
• Basic computer skills for parts lookup and order entry
• A team player with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude
