Home Infusion Nurse - Registered Nurse (RN)

• $70–$90 per hour

• Put your IV and clinical skills to work outside of the hospital

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

• →Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
• →Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
• →Monitoring patients throughout treatment
• →Providing patient education and support
• →Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

• Education/Licensure: Graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license; NLC/BSN accepted
• Current BLS certification
• Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
• 5+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
