Float Health connects experienced nurses with patients who need specialty medications administered in the comfort of their homes. Choose from available visits that fit your location and schedule — there is no minimum commitment and no obligation to accept a visit.

We are currently seeking RNs to support patients throughout Hardee, Highlands, Hillsborough, Manatee, and Polk counties.

$70–$80 per hour

Responsibilities

As a Float Health nurse, you'll provide one-on-one specialty infusion care in patients' homes, including:

→Administering IV medications such as IVIG and monoclonal antibodies
→Starting and maintaining peripheral IVs
→Monitoring patients throughout treatment
→Providing patient education and support
→Delivering safe, efficient, compassionate nursing care

Active RN license or Compact Nurse License (NLC)
Current BLS certification
Proof of nursing liability insurance or willingness to obtain coverage during onboarding
5+ years of hospital-based nursing experience OR home infusion/infusion center experience
