RN Staff Nurse - Oncology IMCU

Education:

• →Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure.
• →BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. If you’re working towards your BSN, we encourage you to apply!
• →For certain roles, a BSN is required. We also consider RNs without a BSN based on clinical experience and with approval from the Chief Nursing Officer.

Experience:

• →At least one year of nursing experience, or completion of the Legacy Health RN Residency program (or equivalent program).
• →Acute care experience preferred, this unit will train nurses that have a strong desire to learn and grow.

Skills & Qualities:

• →Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
• →Ability to navigate and utilize electronic health systems.
• →Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities — because in this role, every day is different, and your expertise will make all the difference.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification for Healthcare Providers from the American Heart Association (AHA).
